Israel Gives Two Conditions for Cease-Fire

An alert is coming in from Drudge Report that Israel has given two conditions for a cease-fire in Lebanon.

Hezbollah must:
1. withdraw from border area
2. release captured soldiers

Seems pretty simple to me. The trick is going to be getting Hezbollah to agree to it and stick to it.
